While there were plenty of firms advising luxury properties, very few truly understood the unique needs and aspirations of affluent clients. Our inspiration came from an encounter with a high-profile client. This individual was unsatisfied by the lack of knowledgeable advisors who understood not only the property market but also the intricacies of investment potential, long-term value, and global market trends.
